Terms of Service

The agreement for using Star Answering. Last updated 1 July 2026.

Template notice: this is a starting template, not legal advice. Have an attorney review and adapt it for your business before relying on it.

The service. Star Answering provides a 24/7 AI-powered front desk service that answers calls, books appointments, captures leads, and takes messages on the phone number you connect; optional add-on modules provide invoice payment reminders and job-applicant screening. Features vary by plan (Answered Line, Growth, Autopilot, Enterprise).

Plans & billing. Plans are billed monthly and include a set number of talk-time minutes; overage is billed per minute at your plan's rate. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Plans include a 14-day free trial and no long-term contract — cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Consent & acceptable use. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consents from your callers and message recipients, including for call recording (all-party consent in some states) and for SMS (prior express consent; provide STOP/HELP opt-out and honor opt-outs). You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes, and to comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and applicable telecom/marketing rules.

SMS messaging program. If you opt in, Star Answering sends transactional text messages — appointment confirmations, appointment updates and reminders, and account/service notifications — to the mobile number you provide. This is not a marketing program. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help or contact info@quantstarenterprise.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

Your content. You keep ownership of your business information and your callers' data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (see Privacy Policy).

Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans may include an uptime SLA.

Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination. Either party may terminate with notice. We may suspend service for non-payment or violations of these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Star Answering is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
